Non-Surgical Orthopaedics, P.C.

Non-Surgical Orthopaedics, P.C.specializes in spine care and pain management.  Established in 1993,  our practice has developed into one of the premier non-surgical orthopaedic practices in the southeast, and an industry leader for the non-invasive treatment of back and neck pain. We treat all orthopaedic conditions and specialize in low back pain. Our goal is to eliminate pain with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Drs. Weil and Grasso are both Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and have over 35 years experience in treating soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries. With two (2) board-eligible Fellows serving 2 locations (Marietta and Carrollton), we are able to work new patients in for an appointment within 24 hours.

In the case of chronic pain, we implement individualized pain management programs focusing on both the chronic nature of the pain, with an emphasis on improving overall function and managing associated medical issues. Utilizing specific medications, therapies, and appropriate injections, Non-Surgical Orthopaedics has achieved tremendous success with our Pain Management Programs.

Non-Surgical Orthopaedics also specializes in the non-surgical treatment of orthopaedic and sports injuries. Our emphasis on this conservative approach is what separates us from traditional orthopaedic practices. We recognize that the majority of sports injuries can be successfully treated without surgery, and treating musculoskeletal conditions non-surgically is the sole focus of our practice making us experts in our field.

Non-Surgical Orthopaedics understands the complexities of work-related injuries and the associated emotional and financial strain. It is our commitment to the injured worker to provide the best medical care available, related to the accident, while providing outstanding customer service. Our physicians will see patients within 24 hours of any acute work-related injury.

We are experienced in working with case managers and claims adjustors, and understand the importance of timely communication. Through a comprehensive history and a physical examination, our medical doctors determine the mechanism and severity of the injury and the functional ability of the patient, including the ability to work.

Non-Surgical Orthopaedics has treated thousands of Workers’ Compensation injuries over the years. Communication between our physicians and the case managers and claims adjustors is important to the overall well being of the patient, and we strive to keep case managers and adjustors well informed at all times throughout the treatment process. Our physicians are readily available to speak to employers about the case and answer any questions.
